About
I spent fifteen years inside Fortune 500 companies — Insight, GoDaddy, TD SYNNEX, Avnet — holding general manager roles across engineering leadership, sales organization development, go-to-market execution, and full P&L responsibility. I know what it looks like when large organizations actually run.
In 2020, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Four years of treatment during COVID changed the way I think about what work is worth doing. When I came out the other side, I stopped optimizing for enterprise comfort and started building toward impact.
I founded Zen Aegis to solve the problem I kept watching from inside: organizations buy AI, they run pilots, they generate zero measurable ROI. Ninety-five percent of them, according to research from MIT, BCG, and McKinsey. The failure isn’t the technology — it’s the organizational infrastructure around it.
At Zen Aegis, we don’t hand off a strategy deck and leave. We embed. We build custom agentic systems, deploy intelligent automation, establish governance frameworks, and operate the infrastructure in production until results are real. I also founded Zen Agentic, the managed AI agent division, and built Everstead — an AI-powered personal development platform.
At Common Ground, I serve as CTO and Chief AI Officer — architecting the technical foundation and AI infrastructure across the full ecosystem. The mission hasn’t changed: build systems that actually work.
